Shooting Some Airplanes

I actually took these photos a while back but I have just been so busy lately I haven’t had the chance to share. Long story short I had no idea this museum even existed, but locally we have a vintage airplane museum (The Military Aviation Museum in Virginia Beach) with a bunch of ww1 and ww2 Aircraft. Not to mention a bunch of ww2 Nazi airplanes that were either captured or reconstructed from seized blueprints.

It was an incredible location and I can’t wait to go back again.

Oh, and yes they were flying the WW2 aircraft at this event so I wasn’t able to get a lot of photos of them up close... and unfortunately I didn’t bring a long enough lens to get very many good flying shots... But, they also fly those WW1 Bi-planes and Tri-planes. I am hoping to go to one of those events in the fall and get some good shots of them in action.
