Second hardest hike of my life. It was pouring so much during the first half that I just took my glasses off and stuffed them in my backpack. Second half was pure snow. Dropped down below the snow line and found this absolute gem of a lake. Unfortunately we had to hurry out as we were approaching dangerous levels of wet & cold.

Found some frozen water in Southern NM in August, at about 9000ft in elevation after four continuous of hail. This was left over on the Pajero after driving down the mountain a few thousand feet lower in elevation. Taken with my potato.
