Shot it on Halloween at a house a few streets over from me. T3i with an EF 50mm f/1.8 lens. Shot at 1/125th, f/8.0, and ISO 200. Very cloudy dreary day with little wind so I had to wait a couple of minutes to get the flag even a bit stretched out.
