Looking for interviewees for research on photographers

Do you enjoy photography as a job or hobby? Do you want to expand sociological knowledge on photographers as a group? Do you want to help me pass my fourth year qualitative research class? If you answered yes to all of these questions, then do I have an opportunity for you!

For my project, I am looking at how photographers manage space while practicing photography, and I would like to interview some photographers and learn about their experiences in order to help answer this question. Interviews would last about an hour and be done over Skype (or in person if you’re in Ottawa), and would have to be done by March 20th. These interviews would be recorded and transcribed, and participants have an option to be given a pseudonym and remain anonymous if they so wish, or I would use your first name if you were comfortable with that.

If anyone has an interest or has any questions, please e-mail me at leducthecanuck [at] (don’t worry, I will follow up with my University of Ottawa email in order to make it a bit more official). I would rather not have people express interest on this post, once again for anonymity’s sake. Thanks in advance!
