After having a very stressful and exhausting almost two weeks, I dragged myself out of bed for Cars & Coffee on Saturday.
There were some delightful cars there, including not one, but two examples of the new Ford GT. One Carbon Series (which I’ve photographed before) and one Heritage Edition. There was also a previous gen one in Heritage Gulf livery (see the above header pic).
I started off shooting with the magical 1963 Nikon 50mm. Some of these are straight off the camera or with only a touch of white balance adjusting, and a little level and crop. I’ll notate those with “RAW” or “Almost RAW”
I then switched over the the 18-300mm for the rest of the morning.
And while I was at Cars & Coffee, I was able to grab a copy of the duPont Registry magazine that ran some of my pictures from the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg. Seeing your work in print never gets old.
That’s all for now.
