I went out for a bike ride today—beautiful day: sunny, blue skies, 14 degrees—and took my camera along. It's been a while since I've shot anything.
And... I did everything wrong. :P It was like I'd never seen a camera before. I cranked the ISO all the way in the wrong direction, I forgot that it was on JPG instead of RAW, and every adjustment I made in aperture or shutter speed was way off. I might be able to salvage a few of the shots, and luckily it was just pictures of stuff in a couple of the local parks, so nothing important.
Still... It's a lesson in humility (and a reminder to pay attention).
