Besides doing minor touch-ups, I don’t do a lot of heavy editing in Photoshop. I don’t have anything against it, I’m just not very good at it. And until recently, I haven’t had a need for it. The pic I took of the Karmenn Ghia at a Cars And Coffee a while back has been bugging me (yes, that’s kind-of a VW joke, I know it’s bad). When shooting the pic, I used the best angle to eliminate as much background clutter as possible, but I really wanted the left side of the frame to be clean.

So, for the past four days, I’ve been working on it; getting better with each attempt. I think I got it.

Overall I’m pretty happy with it. I might go back a work on smoothing out the light to dark gradient and the fake clouds. For now, it’s done.
