The Korean War Veterans Memorial consists of 19 stainless steel statues depicting a squad on patrol, and represent each branch of the Armed Services. Fourteen of the statues are US Army soldiers, three are from the US Marine Corps, one is a US Navy Corpsman, and one is a US Air Force Forward Air Controller.
